Our client in the banking sector is seeking to recruit an HR Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, compile and maintain HR related statistics and submit recommendations/reports to Management.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as and when required.
- Development and Implementation of HR strategies.
- To provide human resource services through the effective administration and management on human resources systems, procedures and policies.
- To supervise and provide proper guidance and coaching to subordinate staff.
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
- Plan and implement training programs.
- Support delivery of all HR activities.
- Help in compensation and benefits management & process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Any other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Profile:
- Holder of a degree in Human Resource Management with 6-7 years proven experience in HR, experience in the Banking sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Good understanding of the local employment laws.
