Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.
- New Hire Coordination: Organize onboarding activities and orientation programs for new employees.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- HR Policy Support: Help implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- HR Systems Assistance: Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Manage employee leave records and track attendance.
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions, development programs, and performance reviews.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Policy Guidance: Respond to employee questions about policies, procedures, and programs.
- HR Projects: Participate in projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Assist the HR Manager in ensuring smooth daily HR operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
