As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our employees, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, manage key administrative day-to-day HR functions, support employee engagement initiatives, and help maintain a positive work culture within our company.

This role is integral to supporting our growing workforce and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • New Hire Coordination: Organize onboarding activities and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • HR Policy Support: Help implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
  • HR Systems Assistance: Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Manage employee leave records and track attendance.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions, development programs, and performance reviews.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Policy Guidance: Respond to employee questions about policies, procedures, and programs.
  • HR Projects: Participate in projects focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR Manager in ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
