Ensure that all guests receive personalized service to the highest degree of courtesy, through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from pre - arrival through departure
Core Responsibilities:
• To inform guests about Hotel facilities / services by displaying accurate, updated and relevant information
• To support Front Office in the welcome and arrival experience; assisting with registration, escorting / rooming the guest, with particular focus on VIP guests
• Have Full knowledge of VIP requirements, amenities and ensure proper guest recognition
• Implement and maintain daily Courtesy Calls program and compile Guest Feedback log
• To ensure all customers requests / complaints are handled quickly and effectively
• Arrange / coordinate unique experiences and celebrations by actively promoting hotel services
• Act as an ambassador of the destination and be able to successfully display local knowledge and give recommendations
