We are seeking a Service Advisor Supervisor to lead and manage the frontline customer service team. The role involves supervising Service Advisors, ensuring high performance, optimizing customer handling, and maintaining smooth operations between departments.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the Service Advisor team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Motivate and create a positive, friendly, and professional work environment.
  • Distribute workloads evenly among Service Advisors for efficiency
  • Oversee smooth vehicle reception, servicing, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between Service Advisors, customers, and the workshop.
  • Support staff in handling difficult customers and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Oversee timely invoicing and assist administrative staff in resolving invoicing issues.
  • Follow up on parts availability and schedule customer appointments accordingly.
  • Monitor service completion, including repairs, washing, and final checks.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions, orders, and service history.
Requirements:
  • HSC/ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in automotive service operations
  • Experience in team management and customer service handling is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • knowledge in mechanic 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
