Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify potential clients interested in forex trading through various channels (cold calling, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries.
Client Acquisition
- Present and promote forex trading platforms, tools, and services to prospective clients.
- Explain the benefits, risks, and opportunities of forex trading tailored to client needs.
- Convert prospects into active trading clients.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing support, education, and guidance to help clients optimize their trading experience.
Market Knowledge & Promotion
- Stay updated on forex market trends, trading strategies, and company offerings.
- Conduct webinars, presentations, or one-on-one consultations with clients.
Achieve Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirement:

Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within forex, finance, or related industries.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Languages: Fluent in english and Hindi ( Advantageous)
