Food Safety Officer
Main responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System within assigned Business Units.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international guidelines and industry best practices.
• Conduct internal food safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Support Business Units during external food safety audits.
• Carry out supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Deliver food safety training sessions as required.
• Proactively contribute to the continual improvement process.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which will be further discussed during the interview.
Qualifications and profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in food safety or any other equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food industry, preferably hospitality sector with working knowledge implementing HACCP or ISO22000.
