RESPONSIBILITIES
•Welcome seat and serve guests as per set service sequence.
•Provide a speedy, courteous, efficient and friendly service to guests.
•Ensure that standards of hygiene are maintained at all times and that the outlet complies with health and safety regulations;
•Maximise the aesthetic appeal of outlet by the use of display.
•Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipment in the outlet
•Carry out in inventories on a regular basis and ensure stock level is always maintained.
•Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement
•Performs mise en place of tables, work stations and trays as per Standard Operating Procedures
EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in Food & Beverage operations preferably in a 5 star resort.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• High levels of integrity.
• Passionate about service.
• Creative and innovative.
• Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages.
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers’ Certificate.
• A clean certificate of character
