Fire Extinguisher Technician

The employee will be responsible for the servicing, repairing and maintaining the portable fire equipment and emergency exit lighting systems

Job description:

• Conduct inspections and maintenance on fire extinguishers according to regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or defects in fire extinguishers and related equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components or systems of fire extinguishers and ensure they are in proper working order.
• Provide training to clients or employees on proper use of fire extinguishers and fire safety measures.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and installations in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform fire extinguisher maintenance or repairs as needed.
