Finance and Administrative Manager
Our client is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Manager to join their team.
Financial Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial stability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Cost Control: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Audit & Risk Management: Facilitate external audits, mitigate financial risks.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Supervise daily administrative activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee purchasing processes and manage supplier relationships.
- HR & Payroll: Support HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and benefits administration.
- Asset Management: Maintain and safeguard company assets, including office equipment, transport and facilities.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Compliance & Legal Support: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
Experiences and Qualifications
- ACCA qualified.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences.
