Field Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure network cabling systems, including fiber and copper.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance for business clients.
• Troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity for customers.
• Conduct regular maintenance to ensure network availability and performance.
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Escalate and make recommendations concerning major outages to upper management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in network cabling and installation.
• Understanding of microwave and fiber technologies is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Working at heights certifications
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• 2 Years + experience
