Factory Manager (2510-FPMGR)

Our client is seeking to recruit a Factory Manager who will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and remedial works for factory.
• Supervision of workers and task allocation of each worker.
• Procurement of all raw materials and quality control.
• Supervise production efficiency and quality control of finished products.
• Ensure production and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure quality control during delivery.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met at the factory.
• Ensure worker welfare and overtime when required.
• Ensure maintenance of company vehicles / JCB / bobcat.
• Ensure declaration and insurance are duly paid and documented.
• Ensure all consumable spares are kept in a store on site.
• Ensure regular cleaning and down time for all equipment.
• Ensure optimal design mix for efficient and cost effective production.
• Any other task that may be delegated by the CEO.

Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Driving licence.

Working hours:

• From 0730 to 630 on weekdays.
• From 0730 to 1200 on Saturdays.
