To plan and organise maintenance of M&E services.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical services
- Up-keep clients' building and premises
- Make sure that all safety procedures and measures are followed
- Ensure that client’s operating procedures are observed
- Develop operational plans for client activities
- Supervise a team of operatives and technicians
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any other qualifications in the field
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in Mechanical and Electrical services
- Prior experience in HVAC & Electrical would be an advantage
- Fully conversant in MS Office applications
Other Requisites:
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Good PR and communication skills
- Flexible to work odd hours and on shift system as required
