Oxenham Ltd is recruiting an Event Logistic Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all event logistics set up from start to finish
- Developing and implementing comprehensive logistics plans for Events
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the event meets its objectives
-Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Ensuring all material supplies are well stocked and readily available for events
-Responsible for transporting event logistics materials to clients’ venue , event on-site setup and breakdown,dismantling back to office after event
-Handling the set-up and tear-down processes, coordinating with event teams
-Serve as a point of contact for all events organization
- Responsible for managing the events’ team
-Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
-Perform post-event evaluation and report outcomes
-Order event supplies and manage inventory
- Perform any other cognate duties that may be assigned.
