At Albert Trading Ltd, we pride ourselves for delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver/Messenger to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of documents and packages, as well as providing transportation support as needed.
The Driver/Messenger will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of documents, packages, and other items to various locations. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items to specified locations promptly.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all deliveries.
- Maintain a log of deliveries and pickups, including recipient details and delivery times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Provide transportation support for company staff and guests as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle operation.
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate
- Proven experience as a driver and/or messenger.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clean Morality Certificate
- Excellent knowledge of local roadways and routes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to drive at night

Hours:
- Mon to Fri > 08h30 - 17h,
- Sat > 08h30 > 13h.
- May be required to do overtime from time to time.
