Develop, monitor and implement comprehensive internal and external sales & marketing strategy and related plans to maximize overall
hotel revenue market share and optimize profit returns for all hotels and markets.
Specific responsibilities include overseeing sales efforts and for overall positioning of hotel,
brand communications.
Interact with both internal and external customers to achieve brand clarity and product uniformity.
Maintain close relationship and collaboration with Corporate Brand, Marketing Departments and the Global Sales and Marketing Representative (GSMR) Network. Work with Area Revenue Strategy,
Corporate Sales, Marketing and Business Development to ensure both the rate & occupancy
goals are met and that competitive performance (MPI,ARI,RGI) of the Resort is enhanced.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related field preferred. Prior Director of Sales and Marketing level experience
within a 4-5 star resort ideally with established relationships in UK and EU.
