The job incumbent will focus on developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for our brands and business units, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.

 

The job incumbent will focus on developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for our brands and business units, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals. You will be responsible for (i) enhancing our online community engagement and (ii) contributing to ongoing growth through innovative and impactful online campaigns. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compelling digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
  • Create campaigns to drive store traffic, online conversions, and sales.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize online advertisement campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Grow the online presence and engagement for all our brands and subsidiaries.
  • Oversee and develop content for all social media platforms.
  • Curate engaging multimedia content (written, images, videos) across social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, online ads, social media).
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from clients and potential customers.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to optimize our strategies. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of online commerce and e-commerce strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
