We are currently seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team, who will help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and helping them maximize product or service use.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure seamless customer service.
• Assist in creating and delivering customer reports and analyses using Excel.
• Handle communication in both French and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• Minimum HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent.
• Proficient in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong skills in writing emails with excellent communication etiquette.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, report creation, basic formulas).
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
