The main duties in our Customer Service Department is as follows:
(1) Attend to requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner and by providing excellent customer service;
(2) Prepare documents including correspondence, letters, contracts, reports, memos, minutes of meeting etc;
(3) Prepare quotations for clients, respond to tenders and provide administrative support all departments of the company;
(4) Follow-up with technical teams for planning, projects deployment, preparation of technical deports (reports/Commissioning sheets/O&M Manual).
