Location: Ebene Gate, Mauritius (Think local, act global)

About the Role Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping others solve problems? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every interaction matters? We're looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support Team as Customer Contact Specialists.

What You'll Be Doing As the voice of our company, you'll be the vital first point of contact for our clients. You'll listen to their concerns, provide clear guidance, and ensure they receive the support they need throughout their financial journey.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage with customers through multiple channels - phone, email, and online chat
• Guide clients through understanding their financial options and processes
• Investigate and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems
• Identify when to escalate complex matters to specialized teams
• Deliver consistently professional and empathetic customer service

What We Look For:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or a Diploma (Business, Communications, or related fields are a plus but not required)
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• A natural ability to listen attentively and identify solutions
• Calm and collected demeanor even during busy periods
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service environment (call centers) is required!
