Outdoor Regional Sales Officers

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining customer relationships in assigned territories. The role is on a flexible basis making it perfect for those looking to work at their own arrangements (Universities students/ Degree & Diploma Holder/ Sales professionals.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a banking app’s features and benefits to potential users, ensuring they understand its functionalities 
• Assist customers with downloading, registering, and navigating the app.
• Collect feedback from users and share insights with the marketing and product teams to improve the app experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and app downloads for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Availability to work on flexible hours, including weekends and peak business periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital applications to non-tech users.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English & French.
• Holder of a clean certificate of character. 
• Friendly user of computer and tech or digital transformation initiative will a plus
