Responsibility
- Analyze credit card portfolio trends—activation, spend, attrition, and usage—to drive performance.
- Own and optimize the P&L for card products by managing revenues, costs, and profitability levers.
- Develop actionable strategies to hit spend and ENR (active cardholder) targets.
- Design data-backed offers to boost spend and activation across key segments.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch targeted promotions and spend milestone campaigns.
- Activate dormant cards and drive usage among underutilized customer segments.
- Segment customer behavior to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Execute retention strategies tailored to each customer lifecycle stage.
- Set and track 1, 3, and 6-month activation goals for new cards.
- Mentor and support the broader Cards team on strategy and performance goals.
- Deliver regular KPIs and performance updates to senior management.
- Champion a customer-centric, integrity-driven culture in everything you do.
Profile
- A degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing credit card portfolios—ideally in a strategic or leadership role.
- Solid understanding of card product financials, including P&L and cost-benefit analysis.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into action.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across teams.
- Self-motivation, independence, and a drive to own your outcomes.
