Coursier (Driver) - RENNEL LTD

Pick up parcels as per pick up request within cut off time & Delivery parcels as per Supervisor's instructions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Pick up parcels as per pick up request within cut off time & Delivery parcels as per Supervisor's instructions.

- Collect Airway bill (AWB), documentation including textile, sample, invoices amongst others.

- Ensure good driving techniques and good running conditions of the company courier vehicle.

- Carry out personal and extensive search for consignee's location in case of incomplete address.

- Help customers prepare and complete forms and documentations with regard to courier service.

- Maintain and keep up-to-date database of intervention and courier listings on a daily basis.

- Liaise regularly with Supervisor and keep latter informed of progress of any daily operations.

- Provide excellent service consistent with the Company's core service standards; ensure that the level of service provided is at the highest level at all times.

- Handle all requests, claims and complaints in a quick and efficient manner and route queries to concerned department and follow-up to ensure the customers' satisfaction.

Profile, Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum School Certificate

- A Certificate of Character is mandatory.

- Holder of a valid Driving License for both motorcycle and private car.

- Should be willing to drive motorcycle - mandatory

- Fluent in English and French.

- Dynamic, energetic and customer service oriented.

- Pleasant and extrovert personality; motivated and focused.

- IT Literate

- Must be able to work flexible working hours

- Able to work independently and in a team.

- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
