A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Country Sales Manager based in Mauritius. The ideal candidate will handle software (AEC industry) sales in the Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar regions. Experience working with reseller channels is essential.
Key performace areas:
- Sales Stages Management and deal closure
- Build a pipeline of prospectice deals
- Work with Autodesk, the Mauritius, Madagascar, and Seychelles resellers, together with the internal team to identify and close deals in your region.
Education and Experience:
- An Engineering or Business qualification would be an advantage
- Other qualifications would be considered if the candidate has a strong track record in software sales experience
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role in a channel or similar industry
- A proven tract record of working within a team to ensure the identification and closure of deals
- A methodical approach to pipeline management using CRM tools to assist you to manage prospects (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The ideal candidate must be customer centric, must have great teamwork and collaboration skills and be able to work with people.
