Assist the Cost Accountant in the preparation of reports and in other accounting duties

 

 

Profile

  • HSC with Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level
  • ACCA Level 1 would be an advantage
  • Good time management and work organising skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve daily report, request costing files from departments concerned
  • Compile / develop the costing sheet using Microsoft excel
  • Process cost data in the Management Information system
  • Update, organise and maintain cost analysis sheets
  • Conduct the monthly reconciliation of the provision account to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Any other duties relevant to the post
