Assist the Cost Accountant in the preparation of reports and in other accounting duties
Profile
- HSC with Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Intermediate Level
- ACCA Level 1 would be an advantage
- Good time management and work organising skills
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve daily report, request costing files from departments concerned
- Compile / develop the costing sheet using Microsoft excel
- Process cost data in the Management Information system
- Update, organise and maintain cost analysis sheets
- Conduct the monthly reconciliation of the provision account to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Any other duties relevant to the post
