Team Collaboration and Client Relationship Management
Collaborate with all staff members with a spirit of teamwork.
Assist the Directors and team in day-to-day business operations as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Respond to client queries promptly and provide accurate information and advice.
Company Set-Up and Administration:
Set up companies accurately and in a timely manner, providing feedback to clients and internal teams on progress.
Assist clients with the registration of companies and obtaining necessary licenses from the FSC.
Administer a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
File required statutory documents such as annual returns and financial statements with relevant regulators, as required by law.
Bank Account Management:
Assist with account opening with banks and address any related queries.
Regulatory Compliance and Statutory Duties:
Monitor changes in laws and regulations by the FSC and ensure the company’s activities comply with current legal requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records such as registers of members, directors, charges, and minutes of board meetings.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare notices, agendas, and minutes, and ensure they are properly documented.
Prepare board resolutions, ensuring accurate recording and filing.
Collect, verify, and maintain client identification documents in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) requirements.
Regularly update KYC records and monitor client activities to ensure compliance with AML/CFT obligations.
Document Management and Confidentiality:
Safeguard all key documents, agreements, and contracts, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Work closely with the compliance team to proactively identify and address potential regulatory or operational risks.
