To assist the Chief Baker in the preparation and production of foods according to hotel standard recipes and to perform preparation work for food items for the various hotel food outlets.
• Performs all the preparation work as instructed by Superior.
• Prepares food items as per instruction.
• Prepares basic culinary items as per standard recipes.
• Supplies assigned workstation with all needed products and culinary equipments for prompt production.
• Move supplies and equipments as and when required.
• Verifies that all equipments in the kitchen are kept clean and in proper working order, and reports any equipment in need of repair to the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
