Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Compliance Officer to assist in the implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with standards or regulations in the Quality Assurance & Compliance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and draft policies, process, and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Organise, conduct and follow-up on internal audits in relation to the QMS and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of non or partial compliance and rectify any issues.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments for new projects, initiatives, or processes that involve the collection or processing of personal data.
  • Collaborate with concerned Parties to develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and build up Reports.
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc. (Hons) Management, Business Administration, Management with Law or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the preparation of ISO Certification and Surveillance Audits will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communication skills - verbal and written in both English and French.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Customer focus.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Confidentiality Etiquette.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
