C-Care is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to be based at C-Care Wellkin in Moka.
Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Reporting to the Head of People Performance and Rewards, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our organization’s compensation and benefits programs by conducting analysis, administering employee benefits, and coordinating initiatives to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
What you will be doing?
- Conduct market research, job evaluations, and maintain salary structures. Prepare reports on compensation trends and support pay decisions.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, analyze usage, and benchmark offerings. Assist in developing benefits policies and managing RFP processes.
- Maintain compensation and benefits databases, ensure data integrity, and support annual review processes. Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in compensation and benefits projects, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and providing administrative support.
- Organize and maintain records of supplier contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- >3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, or a related HR field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (incl. Sicorax and Vipertex).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and external vendors.
