We're Hiring : Client Account Manager – Payroll Operations
Location: Port Louis
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Supporting UK Clients
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK clients.
Build strong, trusted relationships through regular communication by email and phone.
Understand clients’ payroll requirements and ensure smooth, accurate service delivery.
Payroll Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate the payroll process for assigned clients.
Work closely with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Review payroll outputs before final approval and submission.
Problem Solving & Support:
Manage and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
Work proactively to identify and suggest improvements to client processes.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure payrolls are processed in full compliance with UK legislation and company standards.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance at all times.
✔ Solid experience in payroll operations (preferably UK payroll).
✔ Excellent spoken and written English – must be clear, professional, and confident in client communications.
✔ Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of client accounts.
✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented and strong on follow-ups and deadlines.
✔ Professional, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly and independently.
✔ Willing and able to work UK hours- Monday to Friday.
✔ Open to travelling when required for client meetings or training.
