We’re looking for an organised and client-focused Client Account Manager to join our payroll operations team. If you have a strong payroll background, outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service, we want to hear from you.

We're Hiring : Client Account Manager – Payroll Operations
Location: Port Louis
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Supporting UK Clients

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK clients.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships through regular communication by email and phone.

  • Understand clients’ payroll requirements and ensure smooth, accurate service delivery.

Payroll Coordination:

  • Oversee and coordinate the payroll process for assigned clients.

  • Work closely with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Review payroll outputs before final approval and submission.

Problem Solving & Support:

  • Manage and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.

  • Work proactively to identify and suggest improvements to client processes.

Compliance and Quality Control:

  • Ensure payrolls are processed in full compliance with UK legislation and company standards.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Solid experience in payroll operations (preferably UK payroll).
Excellent spoken and written English – must be clear, professional, and confident in client communications.
✔ Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of client accounts.
✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented and strong on follow-ups and deadlines.
✔ Professional, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly and independently.
✔ Willing and able to work UK hours- Monday to Friday.

✔ Open to travelling when required for client meetings or training.
