Cleaning Team Supervisor - Night Shift - Cernol Ltd

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Onsite Night Shift Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage a team of cleaners from Monday to Saturday during night hours.

The Supervisor will be based onsite, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The role also involves daily interaction with the customer’s quality department to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the onsite cleaning team during the night shift, ensuring all tasks are completed according to schedule from Monday to Saturday.
• Assign and oversee cleaning duties, ensuring the team follows cleaning protocols and meets the required standards.
• Conduct nightly inspections of the facility to guarantee cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the correct handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Address any customer concerns or requests that arise during the night shift.
• Liaise with the customer’s quality department daily to review cleaning standards, address feedback, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and report any issues with cleaning equipment or supplies, and ensure necessary materials are stocked for smooth operations.
• Assist the team with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, especially during busy periods.
• Maintain daily logs of completed tasks, team performance, and customer feedback to ensure clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, with preference for night shift experience.
• Ability to lead a team effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both team members and customer representatives.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, techniques, and health and safety standards.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during the night shift.
• Ability to work independently and proactively during night hours.
