Job Duties:

  • Assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities in Villas including F&B functions;
  • Assists in performing quality control and ensure the cleanliness of all villas according to the established standards and procedures
  • Contributes to the welcome, comfort and well-being of guests during their stay.
  • Manages inventory of F&B supplies, tools, and equipment and ensures availability and restocking as necessary;
  • Assists the HOD in budget planning, monitors expenditures, and seeks cost-effective solutions;
Candidate Profile:
  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or any equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in hotel
  • Good communication and organisational skills;
  • Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
