Job Duties:
- Assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities in Villas including F&B functions;
- Assists in performing quality control and ensure the cleanliness of all villas according to the established standards and procedures
- Contributes to the welcome, comfort and well-being of guests during their stay.
- Manages inventory of F&B supplies, tools, and equipment and ensures availability and restocking as necessary;
- Assists the HOD in budget planning, monitors expenditures, and seeks cost-effective solutions;
Candidate Profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
- Diploma in Hotel Management or any equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in hotel
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
