Plans, organizes and co-ordinates activities of the staff canteen Kitchen and its brigade so as to cost effectively provide quality service to human resources of the Hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans, organizes and co-ordinates activities of the staff canteen Kitchen and its brigade so as to cost effectively provide quality service to human resources of the Hotel.

EXPERIENCE

• SC/Higher School Certificate;
• Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or equivalent would be an advantage
• Previous experience at supervisory level
•
