Checklist Clerk (ABC Coach Works Ltd)

Responsible for the security checklist of incoming and outgoing vehicles, to deal with the reception of vehicles, to prepare checklist and to report any incident

• Ensuring proper reception and delivery of vehicles to customers liaising with service advisors and accordingly assist in the smooth flow of vehicles in the workshop.
• Filling in the security checklist properly (checking both interior and exterior) of the vehicle in the presence of client. Keeping records of security checklists.
• Take according photos of vehicles while doing checklist and keep records for future reference. (Proper File Keeping)
• Daily update to Sales Engineer and Service Advisors of number of vehicles received and delivered.
• To report any incident witnessed to the Sales Engineer.
• Assist and provide necessary information in case clients seek for any clarification regarding anomalies on vehicle.
• Ensuring that valuables are removed by customers/drivers from vehicles while performing checklist.
• Counter verify checklist performed during reception at delivery stage for any anomalies.
• Counter verify vehicles and take delivery pictures prior to vehicle delivery.
• Attend to service advisor, technical team and surveyors’ requests for pictures.
