Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Verify Bank Transfer/Standing Order
- Process transactions quickly and accurately
- Responsible to maintain proper filing of documents
- Generate and prepare invoices for accounts receivables
- Sends statement of accounts and reminders to customers
- Prepare, process and allocate payments for suppliers
- Assist the accounting dept in any other duties
- Perform administrative tasks in the Accounts department
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics
- Conversant with Microsoft office package
Profile
- Good customer skills and positive attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate with very good proficiency in Ms Excel
- Good communication and written skills in English and French.
