Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
  • Verify Bank Transfer/Standing Order
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately
  • Responsible to maintain proper filing of documents
  • Generate and prepare invoices for accounts receivables
  • Sends statement of accounts and reminders to customers
  • Prepare, process and allocate payments for suppliers
  • Assist the accounting dept in any other duties
  • Perform administrative tasks in the Accounts department

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher School Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics
  • Conversant with Microsoft office package

Profile

  • Good customer skills and positive attitude
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Computer literate with very good proficiency in Ms Excel
  • Good communication and written skills in English and French.
