The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Global Sector with a strong background in administering Global Business Companies, Authorized Companies, and trusts. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of corporate governance principles. A relevant degree in Business, Law, or Management is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards for Global Business Companies, Authorized Companies, and trusts.
- Company Formation and Administration: Manage the formation and administration process of Global Business Companies, Authorized Companies, and trusts, including the preparation and filing of necessary documentation with the ROC and the FSC.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Board and Shareholder Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that all entities under management remain compliant at all times.
- Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to Global Business Companies, Authorized Companies, and trusts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Global Sector, with a focus on administering Global Business Companies, Authorized Companies, and trusts.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including MS Office Suite and corporate administration software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional certifications accredited by the FSI would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
