The Beauty Kiosk Assistant will provide product demonstrations, offer beauty advice, sell products, handle cash register operations, manage stock, and perform administrative duties.
The job incumbent will be mainly required to:
• Assess customer needs and provide counselling and recommendations
• Address customer requests and complaints
• Close sales and proceed with invoicing of products using the existing software system
• Perform till settlement and manage cash float
• Implement and assist with marketing events
• Maintain attractive displays and manage stock inventory
• Prepare and submit reports
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum an SC level
• Certificate or diploma in Make-up Courses or Beautician would be an advantage
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred
