Prepare standard mixed drink and ensure optimum quality of service
Job Description
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling bar transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Mix and pour drinks according to prescribed recipes or portions, referring to recipe cards as needed.
- Keep bar stocked with necessary beverages, food items, paper supplies, utensils, ice, and other supplies at all times.
- Perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.
Qualification & Experience
- Certificate / Diploma in hospitality management or any related field.
- 2 years of previous experience in a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
