Check stock levels of the bar, prepare requisitions and ensure replenishment is done timeously | |||||||
Present bill to guests and ensure that they are signed or paid and post same on the system | |||||||
Handle all materials and equipment to avoid breakages and perform inventories | |||||||
Ensure that closing down procedures are followed | |||||||
Promote bar items as per upselling standards | |||||||
Ensure energy saving (electricity, gas, water) | |||||||
Attend daily briefings in his/her department | |||||||
Regularly clear the bar counter, and empties ashtrays | |||||||
Perform “mise en place” of the bar counter | |||||||
Display bottles and ensure that glasses are polished | |||||||
Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in respective bar | |||||||
Perform “mise en place” for cocktails and prepare drinks | |||||||
Welcome guests and serve snacks and beverage | |||||||
