Assessing bar and restaurant customers’ needs, preferences and creating a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest requirements.
- Prepare a wide variety of beverages.
- Responsible for preparing and/or serving hot or cold beverages, cocktails and bar menu items.
- Order & receive stock supplies & retail products.
- Ensure bar and restaurant is always clean & presentable & an arrangement of attractive bottles of glassware are on display.
- Ensure adherence to the hotel policies, procedures & SOPs.
- Participate in departmental trainings.
- Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by Food & Beverages Manager.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
