The Brand Storekeeper is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and process implementation to achieve defined agreed service levels, budget and stock accuracy of relevant branded products.

 

  • Drive Receiving Operations in collaboration with the Receiving officer as per Company standards
  • Drive Picking Operations by using designated IT system/tools such as Incadea and bar code scanner to track, locate, and pull correct items.
  • Check and Approve Put-Away.
  • Ensure 100% barcode integrity for all parts received.
  • Ensure reservations are processed and tagging done appropriately.
  • Monitor & update Receipt calendar with the Receiving Officer & procurement team.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with IT system.
  • Oversee appropriate storage and security of stocks and ensure proper allocation of space for fragile/hazardous/oversize items.
  • Ensure proper dispatch of reserved parts and replenishment orders to respective sub-stores.
  • Liaise with sub-stores for timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Monitor reports and statistics daily.
  • Manage the brand team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety records.
  • Work to satisfy internal and external clients, and deal with customer complaints at counter level and sub-stores as and when necessary.
  • Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled according to company policies and processes.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labelling of all stock items.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse/ sub stores space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
  • Ensure that staff comply with health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards to aid operational efficiency.
  • Plan, assign and direct work to all team members.
