The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining the brand equity in the assigned cluster.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Manage the marketing mix and strategies.
• Responsible for driving the principles of How Brands Grow.
• Undertake Market Study for effective decision making.
• Collaborate with sales teams to engage, inspire and galvanize the latter around the brand vision and ensure that targets are met.
• Responsible for the elaboration of the merchandising standards(shelf configuration/planograms).
• Ensure timely sales and marketing reporting to Management and Suppliers.
PROFILE:
• Degree in marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector for at least 3 years.
• Valid driving licence.
