The Assistant Level 2 - Monitoring & Chargeback will ensure that all card related disputes are addressed. He/she shall be able to investigate and take prompt action following fraud hits.
Responsibility
- Understand and follow the Cards Dispute procedures
- Resolve customer disputes.
- Identify potential fraudulent transactions, contact customers and take necessary actions to prevent fraud loss.
- Understands and master the different cards and non-cards related system/software/scripts and tools in place, such as the Card Management System, MasterCard Connect and Visa Online etc.
- Process chargebacks using appropriate chargeback reason codes.
- Keep track of the Visa and MasterCard compliance programs.
Profile
- Minimum - HSC with Diploma/Certificate in related field. A degree in relevant field would be preferable.
- At least 3 years working experience in Cards and & Payments environment and proven leadership role in managing a team.
- Previous Experience in the financial or banking sector would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
