Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties •Work closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure the achievement of strategic and operational goals and objectives.
•Be fully accountable for the Team Members’ selection and recruitment.
•Work in close collaboration with Human Resources Manager to ensure that all Team Members’ skills are continuously enhanced.
•Play a critical role in ensuring that all aspects in relation to disciplinary procedures and health & safety matters are managed with the highest legal and professional standards.
•Assist Human Resources Manager in the budget preparation.
•Ensure that all Team Members abide by the Tamassa Grooming standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Tertiary Education at Degree level in Human Resources Management or Management from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
•A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Human Resources field preferably in the hospitality industry as HR Executive.
•Sound working experience in retail outlet (food & beverage) would be a definite advantage.
•Working experience as HR Executive/Assistant Human Resources Manager preferably in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
