Support and assist in the smooth running of the Finance department
Prepare management accounts, address operational and financial issues, assist in implementation of financial and control processes in line with best practice and as per the guidance of internal and external auditors
Main responsibilities:
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the Finance department
- Prepare management accounts, address operational and financial issues, assist in implementation of financial and control processes in line with best practice and as per the guidance of internal and external auditors
- Participate in the preparation of Budget and analytical reports
- Build and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with key stakeholders whilst promoting the company’s culture and values
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and legislation
Qualifications and profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry in an Accounting & Finance function.
- Conversant with financial business applications and information systems
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department and other departments.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Strong communication and listening skills
