The Analyst, Responsible Procurement will be responsible for creating, updating, and delivering reports in support of Publicis Groupe’s Responsible Procurement initiatives, commencing with Supplier Diversity.

Position Summary:

The Analyst, Responsible Procurement will be responsible for creating, updating, and delivering reports in support of Publicis Groupe’s Responsible Procurement initiatives, commencing with Supplier Diversity. Reporting to the Global Responsible Procurement Manager, this role will support a large client account to deliver on its Supplier Diversity reporting objectives, and additionally will support the implementation of Publicis Groupe Procurement’s Supplier Diversity initiatives, which are aligned with the Groupe’s overall CSR priorities in Diversity, Responsible Marketing, and Data Protection. Supplier Diversity is a proactive business strategy that seeks to ensure an inclusive and diverse supply chain.

This role is an opportunity to develop skills in managing Responsible Procurement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I projects), as well as develop experience in Responsible Supply Chain initiatives more broadly.

 

Key responsibilities

• Supplier Diversity Reporting: The initial focus of this role will be Supplier Diversity reporting and related tasks. Working closely with the Procurement, CSR, & Supplier Diversity team, support the delivery of Supplier Diversity reporting services to client account teams. Generate reports and insights from available data where required.

• Client Requests: Analyse available data and templates to draft responses to client questions and audits in the areas of Supplier Diversity and Responsible Procurement.

Additional responsibilities

• Global Supplier Diversity Program: Working closely with the Procurement, CSR, & Supplier Diversity teams, offer support where required for the launch of a global inclusive sourcing strategy with a particular focus on the European market.

• Vendor Outreach: Where required, contact Publicis Groupe’s vendors to obtain company information or participation in diversity initiatives such as surveys or events.

• Diverse Supplier Search: When requested by Procurement teams or client account teams, consult with Procurement databases of diverseowned vendors to prepare shortlists of vendors who can meet specific project requirements.

• Monitoring the Supplier Diversity Market: Regularly and actively scan the global market for developments and improvements in Supplier Diversity reporting and solutions, especially in relation to genderinclusive sourcing and sourcing from women-owned businesses and in relation to relevant client accounts.

• General Support: Where required, accept other responsibilities and projects to support the advancement of the global Supplier Diversity program.

 

Required Skills/Experience

• Careful and demonstrable attention to detail and highly efficient, with experience in data analysis or reporting.

• Fluent spoken and written English is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships in a collaborative, team-oriented, international environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while working towards deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

• Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and adaptable, with ability to adjust and adhere to new processes and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a professional setting.

 

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Sociology, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc.)

• Practical experience in areas related to, for example, Business Analysis, Procurement, Administration, Report Generation, and/ or Database Management

• Data analytics and / or data visualisation training or qualification would be an asset.
