Responsibilities :
- Work closely with third parties and customers to ensure resolution of incidents and assistance request;
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry-based standards would be a real advantage;
- Design, develop and document solutions and lead clients throughout support phases;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transversal collaboration is met on different-subjects related to support;
- Provide clients’ support on specific ERP and other third-party interfaces;
- Proactively maintain knowledge repository of current and future solutions
Profile:
- Degree in Business or IT or other related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience relevant to this position;
- Excellent understanding of Business Processes: Trade & Logistic & Manufacturing;
- Deep knowledge of an ERP system, process-based system. (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations will be preferred);
- Good knowledge of SQL and Query Language;
- Must possess good analytical, problem solving and time management skills;
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English & French;
- Ability to work in a team and to work after working hours when required;
- Holder of a valid Driving License;
