Due to your technical knowledge and service-oriented approach, you will position yourself as a professional advisor to your clients. You will be the go-to person for advice and help with the selection of the right critical components (ex. spare parts).
Duties and responsibility :
You will be responsible for the coordination , planning and organization of interventions, maintenances and general technical support for clients.
The neccessary inspections of existing installations are organized by you in a proactive manner.
Analyse volume of repairs and spare parts invoiced monthly.
Sell after market products to dealership customers
Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
Ensure customers are 100% satisfied
Make appointments for customers to have accessories installed
Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service
Work with Service and Sales representative to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments
Follow dealership guidelines for sale of accessories
Your Profile:
You possess a diploma in Engineering field or an Advance certificate in Air conditioning or equal by relevant experience.
You have broad technical interests, both pratical and theoretical, with a general interest in Engineering.
Relevant Knowledge/experience in HVAC is an asset.
You have good communication skills and speak Fluently French and English.
Because of your commercial mindset, you understand the needs and expectations of your customer and behave like a partner.
You know how to always keep an overview and possess strong organisational skills. You can work independently and actnat the same time as a team player.
