We’re looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support the Beau Vallon Inclusive Foundation. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with our Sustainability Officer to ensure smooth operations, track project progress, and handle essential administrative tasks. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to make an impact, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful!

KNOW-HOW:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to the Foundation’s projects, including document preparation, budget tracking, and report writing.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for projects, donations, and Foundation activities.
  • Assist in project coordination to align with the Foundation’s goals and objectives.
  • Organize scheduling and communication for Foundation activities, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure compliance by handling required documentation and operational procedures.
  • Monitor invoices and payments related to the Foundation.
  • Support the Sustainability Officer in budgeting and expense management.
  • Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and beneficiaries as needed.
  • Assist in fundraising and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across teams and ensure deadlines are met.

SKILLS:

  • Diploma/Degree in administration, management, social sciences, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the operational structure of foundations, or prior experience in a similar role, ideally within an NGO or foundation, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
