Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their admin team.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in efficiently administrating the secretarial office and provide secretarial assistance to Heads of Department.
  • Provide administrative & secretarial assistance to the Assistant General Manager

  Key Competencies:

  • BSc / Diploma in Business Management, secretarial duties and / or any relevant experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional and effective communication skills, fluency in English & French.
  • Ready to perform odd and flexible hours of work, including Sunday, Public Holidays.
  • Comfortable in handling confidential information.
