MEP SITE ENGINEER

We are looking for dynamic candidates to join the technical department as MEP Site Engineers who have a minimum of 1 - 5 years experience.

Job Description

Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation / records.
Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
Preparing construction bids and proposals for clients.
Execution and planning of MEP facilities (Mechanical, electrical & Public Health).
Preparation & Submission of site documents.
Achieving the planning schedules by teamwork, proper planning, and management skills.
Co-ordination with Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants.
Ensure execution as per consultant’s drawings, specification and BOQ items.
Maintaining quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Design calculations for Mechanical & electrical systems.
Preparation of documents: MAR, RFI, Procurement schedule, and all other related documents.
Preparation of subcontractor’s bills as per approved works instruction.
Monthly reconciliation of quantities
Ensure site execution and good reporting on a regular basis.
Attend site meetings.
Performing any ancillary works as directed your superiors.
